If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your email address and password, before completing the check out process. First-time purchase We recommend that you register and login before you checkout your shopping basket so that you can save your delivery address and credit card details in "my account" for quicker checkout in the future. For customers buying on sasa.com the first time, we also offer a First-time Purchase option which only requires you to enter your email address (no registration is required) to checkout so as to allow you to experience the ease of shopping at sasa.com Important Note for customer choosing "First-time Purchase" option: Only after successful membership registration, bonus points and order history, including Order No., Order Details and Order Status, will be saved in your member account. If you register for membership after using "First-time Purchase" for the first order, the bonus points and order history on that order will NOT be saved or counted in your member account.

Maximum purchase limits Sasa.com does not authorize the resale of merchandise purchased through sasa.com. To protect you and to ensure that we are able to serve all of our customers, we have a limit of HK$5,500 / US$700 per order and HK$11,000/US$1,400 per week -- as well as a maximum of 6 units of the same product per week per customer. Redeeming promotion codes & cash coupon codes If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the promotion code field on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process); if you have a cash coupon code, please enter in on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process). Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "update basket" to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. Delivery note A hard copy of delivery note will be inserted inside parcel in general practice. Product name, price and quantity will be printed on the delivery note for logistic purposed or in complying with the laws and requirements of delivery country. 【Note】 For orders deliver to Mainland China, Korea, Saipan, Guam, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, NO delivery note is provided. Please kindly contact us if an official invoice is required.

Charging to your credit card For Credit Card (Except China Unionpay card) We only charge your credit card when we dispatch your order. That means that if you cancel your order before your order is dispatched, you will not be charged on your credit card. In the case if you request to remove some items from your order before we dispatch your order, or in the rare case, when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will only charge you the items that we have dispatched. For China Unionpay (CUP card) We will charge your credit card once payment confirmed. That means if you cancel your order, you request remove some items from your order or in the rare case, when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will arrange refund to your CUP Cards accordingly. Fraud protection In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, sasa.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Customs & Tax When ordering from sasa.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Sasa.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you pressing “continue” to place your order, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to sasa.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you. NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for the customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries requested to attach the product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.

Free samples With any purchase of HK$600/US$75 or more, you'll receive free samples with your order. You will be asked to select your preferred samples in the Select Sample page (Step 4 of the checkout process). Samples are limited and change often, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Offers good while stock lasts. If you would like to buy the real size product of the samples you have tried but have problems finding the product on the website, please contact us for assistance.

Order confirmation After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > order history" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed. Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.

Changing Orders Once you have completed your purchase thru Sasa.com, we do not accept any changes on ordered items and delivery address. For any changes on ordered item or delivery address, a US$5/ HK$40 administration fee is required for each change. Please note: Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, no change will be accepted. For any changes on delivery address (for order is being Packed or Dispatched) If customer insist to make changes on delivery address for a packed and dispatched order, an additional fee is required. Since the additional fee is subjected to different region, please kindly contact our Customer Service Representative to get quote. Please note:No changes will be accepted for orders deliver to International Regions (outside Hong Kong & Mainland China).

Cancelling Orders We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.
