Aromatherapy is a gentle but powerful healing art that uses therapeutic-grade of volatile plant oils, including essential oil for psychological and physical well-being. A pure essential oil is a liquid that is generally distilled from the leaves, stems, flowers, bark, roots, or other elements of a plant. Essential oils, contrary to what the word "oil" implies, are not really oily at all. Essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it was derived from. Possible Uses: Respiratory infections, bronchitis, sinusitis, rheumatism, muscular aches and pains, paralysis, sprains, poor circulation, low blood pressure, headaches, flatulence, constipation, slow metabolism, a sluggish liver, edema, obesity, cellulite, nervous exhaustion, migraines, lethargy, impediments of the senses, feeling overwhelmed or overtired, poor memory, lack of focus and to balance 7th chakra (crown chakra).
Essential oils should be added to vegetable carrier oils, lotion / cream base or aloe Vera gel base. Add a total of 12-15 drops of your favorite Akiku essential oils to every 30ml of the Akiku base product and create your own personal care collection.
