Black side Use once a week for peeling treatment. Slip your fingers through the stripe and dampen your skin. Massage skin in upward motions. Use together with shower milk.

Exfoliates in a sweep!
This is a good quality sponge that is coarse on one side & smooth on the other. I must say I tend to use the coarse black side much more as the smoothing effect it has on my skin is irresistible! There is no need to use body scrubs but if you use it with this sponge, the effect is incredible & 10 times better than just using the scrub & your hands. The sponge is actually not very thick so it is easy to control & will dry quickly hanging in your shower. A great tool to have in your bathroom!
