how to use it
Throw a punch onto the center of the pack. Instant cooling should start in an instant. The pack can be reused once more by putting it back to the freezer after use.
I play tennis and people get hurt often (like me). Unlike the ones they sell in stores, these are easy to activate and last longer!! I LOVE it!! Especially because it is reusable!! But since it is so easy to activate, be careful when you put it in your bag!!!

convenient and useful
i use it for sport, as well as going out for picnic! always good to keep some at home because you never know when u need them! and the good thing is can reuse once after u punch it, as long as u keep it in freezer!! Very good!!
