how to use it
How to wear:
Put on the pantyhose before sleep and put it off in the next morning after waking up.
Slip your toes through the pantyhose. Tug the pantyhose upwards.
While tugging the pantyhose, make sure the Pressure Pad under the heel is in position.
Make sure the specially knitted part at the knee is in position. Straighten the hem on the interior side at the knee and tuck the pantyhose upwards.
Used for one month. Good for blood circulation and make legs feel much better each morning. However,the slimming effects are not obvious. And the fabric is easy to be snagged
