Belle Madame Waterproof Eye Quickliner (#1 Very Black) is pencil type water proof eyeliner with long lasting effect. It is silky soft and creamy. It’s easy to control. The eyeline never smudges or disappear, yet it can be drawn smoothly and it can be removed with makeup remover easily.

how to use it
For an intense Oriental makeup look: use on the lower lid, either on the inside or outside of the eyelid, and as an eyeliner on the upper lid, with or without eyeshadow.
With this eyeliner, you can create both thin or thick lines to create a subtle or dramatic look. I have found that most waterproof eyeliner smudges however with this

It's very black and glides smoothly, however I notice when I tightline my eyes with this it will smudge a little under my eyes. Other than that its good for its price.
