how to use it
Cleanse the face and apply lotion.
Comb hair to avoid it from interfering with the mask in coming into contacts with the forehead.
Wear the mask, exposing the nose.
Fasten neck belt with the most suitable degree of tension.
Fasten head belt.
Pull up the belts beside the cheeks to reach the head belt.
It's a bit uncomfortable to use in the first couple of days, but after getting use to it I find it quite helpful. Wearing it for a longer period(3-4h) could effectively firm up my cheeks.
