Okay but not the greatest
Not the best eyeliner I've ever used. Marker tip is fairly fine and helps for thin lines, but be warned! It rubs off with even cold water! I would recommend this product to new eyeliner users who tend to make mistakes, but not to those looking for a formula that does not budge.
