Neogence C + 3X WHITENING SERUM aims at pigments accumulated deep under the skin and melanin near the skin surface. Formulated with ethyl ascorbic acid and the hyaluronic acid that tends to penetrate, it promotes the sinking of active ingredients into the stratum corneum. It not only reduces pigments and melanin but also completely prevents the formation of melanin. Continuous use of this serum will reduce pigments, brightens complexion and evens out skin tone, leaving the skin lustrous, translucent, bright and fair again.
how to use it
After cleansing face, apply toner to moisturize skin or essence to moisturize and nurse skin.
Apply an appropriate amount with middle finger and ring finger to parts with dull skin tone or spots by touching and pressing in a to and fro motion.
Gently wrap cheeks with palms to let whitening ingredients penetrate the stratum corneum in a faster way.
