Grape seed has a high content of natural compounds known as oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC’s). Proanthocyanidins are the most potent antioxidants, which can protect us from free radicals damage. Researches showed that it can also increase the structural strength of blood vessels and help to improve skin’s elasticity. 1kg of grape seed extract is obtained from 120kg of dry grape seed. One capsule is equivalent to 12,000mg dry grape seed and hence produces significant effects.
