i have been using it for 10 days now twice a time everyday in my hot milk or in my yogurt and i haven't seen much change with my skin tone or my health i just gain a couple of weight...
i read it was also good for arthritis so i gave some to my dad he drinks it in his coffee i don't know if it really works, he hasn't told me yet i will review back in a month.
Concerning the taste it is like milk powder and very sweet maybe too much.
