I brought this when it was on sale for $21, I finish 2 box of this and I don't feel skinnier, or look skinnier. However I skip lunch and just drink one tablet and I won't feel hungry until at night. I haven't lost any weight, but this kind of works as a lunch meal. cause it does make you full and have no appetite.

taste good
it taste very good, quite refreshing, but I am not sure if it really make you feel full or not. Had been drinking for a while, but haven't really c much result yet, will continuously trying it since i bought 3 boxes.

Nice flavor to your water
