Taste is good but I could not see the effects on the skin. Also effects is long term it might not appear immediately and there are many other factors such as how one moisturizes etc. However price is good for the contents.
Depend on your eating habits, I think this product works for me after 5 days, pore is smaller and skin has elasticity.
