Такой невредный гель, пахнет слабо чем-то таким характерным, немножко греет. Одного тюбика, если мазать только талию, хватает на месяц. Пользовалась только ночным кремом, дневной не покупала. В ожидании чудесного похудения крем, действительно, стимулирует меньше есть))) Поэтому в целом я похудела, а вот талия пожалуй что убыла на 1 сантиметр, не более.
