In a bath
- Before the bath, shower to clean your
skin.
- Draw your bath with water just up to your chest. Immersing your
shoulders causes pressure on your heart and lungs.
- Add 1 or 2 packets
of bath salts and stir.
- Soak in the bath for about 15 minutes.
- Towel dry and apply a body moisturizer within 5 minutes.

- Prepare a bowl of water
with some bath salts.
- Shower first.
- Then massage your body
with a towel soaked in the bowl of water and bath salts.

- Mix some
bath salt with vegetable-based shower gel.

Recommended steps to
scrub:
i. Drink 2 glasses of warm water before bath.
ii. Rinse your
body for 5-7 minutes.
iii. Gently scrub in a circular motion. Start from
your legs and work your way up to your hips, waist,
arms, shoulders, and finally neck.

Scrub longer around joint areas.
v. Rinse off
thoroughly.
