Placing online orders When you are finished with your shopping, click the "check out" button of shopping basket on the right side of your screen and fill in the information as required. At the end of the check out process, you'll see a page confirming your order. Please click the "place order now" button to complete your purchase. If you are a returning customer, you will be prompted to login by providing your email address and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to retrieve your hint. If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your email address and password, before completing the check out process. First-time purchase We recommend that you register and login before you checkout your shopping basket so that you can save your delivery address and credit card details in "my account" for quicker checkout in the future. For customers buying on sasa.com the first time, we also offer a First-time Purchase option which only requires you to enter your email address (no registration is required) to checkout so as to allow you to experience the ease of shopping at sasa.com.

Maximum purchase limits Sasa.com does not authorize the resale of merchandise purchased through sasa.com. To protect you and to ensure that we are able to serve all of our customers, we have a limit of HK$5,500 / US$700 per order and HK$11,000/US$1,400 per week -- as well as a maximum of 6 units of the same product per week per customer. If you would like to purchase over 6 units of the same item, you can email us with the item number and your desired quantity. We will consider to making special arrangement on a case-by-case basis. Redeeming promotion codes & cash coupon codes If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the promotion code field on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process); if you have a cash coupon code, please enter in on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process). Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "update basket" to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired.

Sending gifts We have some beautiful DIY gift-wrapping kits which you can use to wrap your own gifts quickly and easily. Simply check the box next to "Would you like to buy a DIY Gift- wrapping Kit?" on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process) and then choose your desired DIY gift-wrap. You will also be asked on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process) "Do you want the product price printed on the delivery note?". If you are sending the order as a gift, you may select "no" and the delivery note included with the order will show only the product name and quantity. If you have selected to insert a free gift card in your order, we have already pre-selected "no" for you in this question.

Payment methods Sasa.com is offering a wide range of payment methods, so you can find one that suits you best. Order your favorite products from the sasa.com and then choose the way you'd like to pay:  Credit Card We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card and JCB Card. Payment on sasa.com is secure. We use Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and JCB J/Secure service. In addition to entering the credit card information, you also need to enter a CVV/CVC security code. You can choose the option to save your credit card information for future online purchases before you confirm your order. For security purposes, if you share an account we recommend that you NOT store your credit information online as anyone who has access to your account could charge sasa.com purchases to the card without your knowledge.   For orders deliver to Hong Kong: Cheque Cheques should be in Hong Kong Dollars payable to "Sa Sa dot Com Ltd." Delivery note We normally insert a hard copy of the delivery note with your order. If you do not want the product price printed on the delivery note, please select "no" on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process) when you are asked "Do you want the product price printed on the delivery note?". If you are sending the order as a gift, we suggest you select "no" in order to hide the product price.

Charging to your credit card We only charge your credit card when we dispatch your order. That means that if you cancel your order before your order is dispatched, you will not be charged on your credit card. In the case if you request to remove some items from your order before we dispatch your order, or in the rare case, when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will only charge you the items that we have dispatched.

Fraud protection In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, sasa.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Customs & Tax When ordering from sasa.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Sasa.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to sasa.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

Free samples With any purchase of HK$600/US$75 or more, you'll receive free samples with your order. You will be asked to select your preferred samples in the Select Sample page (Step 4 of the checkout process). Samples are limited and change often, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Offers good while stock lasts. If you would like to buy the real size product of the samples you have tried but have problems finding the product on the website, please contact us for assistance.

Order confirmation After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > order history" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed. Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.

Changing or cancelling orders We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed the order, specifying your Order Number. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, you cannot cancel or change it.
