Sa Sa Named the Most Well-Known Hong Kong Brand
Sa Sa as the Only Consumer Brand Named by
more than 50% Respondents

(1 November 2006 – HONG KONG) Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ('Sa Sa') or the 'Group', SEHK: 0178), Asia's leading cosmetics retailer and beauty services group, is pleased to announce that Sa Sa was named as the Most Well-Known Hong Kong Brand among PRC consumers in an independent national survey of “Brand Awareness of Hong Kong Brands among PRC Consumers” in the PRC. Sa Sa received the highest votes of more than 50%(50.1%) across all industry categories as well as in cosmetics retailing category. This reflects Sa Sa's strong reputation for its quality products and excellent service is well recognized by PRC consumers. The results also showed that cosmetics and beauty products remain the top in the shopping list for PRC tourists.

The survey was carried out in major cities in the Mainland including Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou from 20 to 26 October 2006 by an independent research house appointed by Just Events company. A total of 684 PRC residents aged 18-65 were interviewed either through face-to-face or email questionnaires in the survey.

Apart from cosmetics retailing, winners of other categories in the survey included Time Square(27.9%) for shopping mall category, Ocean Park(27.4%) for entertainment, Broadway(33.9%) for electronics and home appliances.
