(24 November, 2006 – HONG KONG) Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ('Sa Sa' or the 'Group', stock code: 0178), the Asia's leading cosmetics retailing and beauty services group, is pleased to announce that La Colline Shop, operated by Sa Sa Group, was awarded the “Service Retailer of the Year” from Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”). This is the highest honour a retailer can achieve among all trade awards organized by HKRMA.
With its excellent service, La Colline Shop achieved the highest score among all participants and won the “Service Retailer for Beauty Products / Cosmetics Category” for two consecutive years since 2005, under the Mystery Shoppers Programme organized by HKRMA. This year, La Colline Shop is accredited the highest honor of “Service Retailer of the Year”, topping all the 12 industry categories with the highest annual average score.
A total of 122 companies participated in HKRMA's Mystery Shoppers Programme this year. Mystery shoppers were sent by the association to the participants' shops for assessments.
